FieldLatch is a service provided by mac.lab LLC.

We collect information you provide directly to us to facilitate your field operations and mail fulfillment:

  • Identifiers: Name, business name, email address, and physical shipping address.
  • Commercial Information: Records of services purchased or considered.
  • Technical Data: IP address and browser signals (including Global Privacy Control).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Process postage and ship requested materials.
  • Provide the FieldLatch SaaS platform services.
  • Send operational updates and marketing (with an opt-out).

3. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You may request a disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you since January 1, 2022.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information.

4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
