FieldLatch provides construction project management tools including but not limited to: preliminary notice filing, mechanics lien services, contract management, invoicing, and related document preparation services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information when using our services
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. For credit account holders, invoices are generated at the end of each billing period and are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5. Service Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate document preparation services, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing all documents before submission. FieldLatch does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm.

6. Limitation of Liability

FieldLatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for services not yet rendered. Once a document has been filed, mailed, or processed, refunds are generally not available.

9. Modifications
